I'm Joseph, a creative based in the DFW area.

"I want people to see the beauty that I see, the beauty every person is created with."

I'm a photographer drawn to people, moments, and the beauty that's often overlooked. My journey began after watching Richard Avedon: Darkness and Light, which inspired me to pursue photography as more than just taking pictures—it became a way of seeing.

Over the years I've photographed everything from the Louisiana Tech Band of Pride, where I spent four years documenting performances and traditions, to personal landscape work that lets me slow down and create simply for the joy of it. Whether I'm photographing an event or walking with a camera in search of a quiet scene, I'm always looking for those moments that reveal something true.

I want people to look at a photograph of themselves and experience a sense of wonder—to see the beauty that I believe every person is created with. My approach has evolved from chasing a single "decisive moment" to recognizing that life is full of meaningful moments worth preserving.

Outside of photography, my years as a potter and designer have shaped how I see composition, form, and craftsmanship. They taught me that creating meaningful work takes patience, intention, and attention to detail.

Whether I'm working with a client or creating personal work, I value clear communication, thoughtful planning, and photographs that carry emotion long after they're taken. Above all, I strive to do my work with excellence, believing that whatever I do should be done to the glory of God.
